By Supplying my Gaming Account Username, I authorise The Directorate of Offshore Gaming and any person conducting any investigations on behalf of the Directorate, to investigate and make enquires to the company listed in this complaint, pursuant to their investigation. I further authorise the gaming company to release any and all information about my account pursuant to this complaint, on presentation of this document.
