The Directorate of Offshore Gaming admonish the author and all parties associated with the production of the article which appeared in gamblingmagazine.com of Monday August 30th 1999, in which images of African tribes men were used to depict Antiguan employees of the corporation styled Starnet Communication International Inc.
The use of images of our African brothers with derogatory intent is reprehensible. Antiguans and Barbudans are proud of our African heritage and will not have it used as a weapon by those who undertake to wage Internet terrorism.
