| The Licence Fees for conducting
Interactive Gaming and Interactive Wagering have been reduced.
The new fees are set out below:
Interactive Gaming (Virtual Casino)
reduced from US$100,000 - US$75,000 anually
Interactive Wagering (Sports Book) reduced
from US$75,000 - US$50,000 anually
The new Licence Fees are effective as of May 22, 2001.
